Sain Zahoor Sings at Punjab Lok Boli Mela 2006

Sain Zahoor, an artist with a unique style of his own. Sain sings poetry of great Punjabi poets. He indulges completely in the poetry and music and performs with a passion. He performed in all the Punjab Lok Boli Melas since 2004 and committed for all upcoming events. Punjab Lok Sujag is an organization working for the social uplift of people of Punjab since 1984. The language rights of the people of Punjab are the area of interest and activities for us. To celebrate the richness of our mother tongue and to discuss the varied issues attached with its development, we organized a festival -- Punjab Lok Boli Mela every year since 2004. In 2006 it was held in "Gogera Bangla" district Okara from 24th to 28th November. It was dedicated to our freedom fighter "Rai Ahmed Khan Kharal" and staged at his battle ground. The people from 9 districts of Punjab i.e. Okara, Sahiwal, Pakpattan, Kasur, Khanewal, Vehari, Tobateksingh, Fasialabad and Bahawalnagar attended and participated in the event.
